Statement of Purpose

This Waiver is intended to benefit the public and allow unrestricted use of the Work.

3. Public License Fallback

If any part of the Waiver is deemed legally invalid, the Affirmer grants a royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable license allowing anyone to use the Work worldwide, in any medium, for any purpose, including commercial purposes.

4. Limitations and Disclaimers

  • No trademark or patent rights held by the Affirmer are waived or affected by this document.

  • The Work is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

  • The Affirmer disclaims responsibility for clearing rights belonging to other individuals that may apply to the Work.

  • Creative Commons is not a party to this document and has no obligation regarding this license.

Grant of License

ForLaserCut grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital design file ("Product") according to the terms outlined in this License.

The license allows usage for personal or commercial manufacturing purposes, but does not transfer ownership of the design.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Product, including its design, files, and documentation, remains the sole property of ForLaserCut or its licensors.

All designs are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Use the design files to create physical products

  • Use them for personal or business projects

  • Modify the design files for your own production needs

Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling or redistributing the digital design files

  • Sharing or giving the files to third parties

  • Uploading the files to other marketplaces or websites

  • Claiming the designs as your own work

  • Removing copyright notices from the files

  • Using the files for illegal or unethical purposes

Support and Updates

ForLaserCut may provide updates or support for products at its discretion. Any updates may be subject to additional terms.

Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall ForLaserCut be liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Product.

Termination

This License remains valid until terminated. If you violate these terms, ForLaserCut reserves the right to terminate your license immediately.

Governing Law

This License shall be governed by the laws applicable in the seller’s jurisdiction.
